It's been awhile since we've shared news on the public education front, but it's certainly not for lack of drama. We hope to keep up with the seemingly daily deluge of events, but for now, we'll tide you over with this doozy from Bob Samuels about how the UCs have invested $7million of borrowed money (that is, money borrowed from the already under-funded UC system) in a for-profit online education program that's already fallen short of expectations.
